Our Chef
Kevin Diehl has extensive experience and training in the culinary arts, including Molecular Gastronomy, Classic French Cuisine, International Cuisine, Sous Vide Cooking, and Garnish and Food Presentation.
Chef Kevin is a former 2-star Michelin Chef de Cuisine at The French Kitchen, Lord Baltimore Hotel, Baltimore, Maryland, and has been an Executive Chef in Hampton Roads for the past 20 years.
Chef Kevin creates every plate from his artistic vision, and his passion for the culinary arts shines in his presentation. His desire is for every Prime 54 guest to leave happy and satisfied.
Chef has been featured many times in local and national periodicals and on the Hampton Roads Show. Chef Kevin’s numerous awards and food competition wins prove he is of the best in Hampton Roads.
Chef Kevin and his partner, Mina, own an olive orchard in Ancient Olympia, Greece, and operate a small import and wholesale business, offering boutique quality, extra virgin, cold-pressed olive oil to Hampton Roads directly from the source.
